9/3/1982- 9/5/1982- Devore,CA: Close up of singer Stevie Nicks of the Pop music band "Fleetwood Mac". lit from above by a red light. The US Festival was conceived and staged by Stephen Wozniak, a 31-year-old co-founder of Apple Computers. Tickets for the Three day event were $37.50 each. Instead of sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll which many thought would create "Woodstock West", it turned to be "a nice quiet concert."
